A native of Arizona, Charles has built a distinguished career leading cross-functional teams in multiple industries, where he has successfully aligned product development, sourcing, and operational execution to support long-term organizational growth.
With deep expertise in inventory forecasting, warehouse optimization, quality assurance systems, and regulatory compliance, Charles has consistently implemented operational frameworks that enhance product reliability, improve accuracy, and reduce operational inefficiencies. His hands-on experience overseeing large-scale inventory and product operations has enabled organizations to maintain strong quality standards while scaling efficiently across diverse markets.

Lalla Meryem brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in global marketing leadership, backed by an MBA and a proven record of driving brand growth across diverse international markets. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, French, and English, she has traveled extensively around the world, gaining deep cross-cultural insight and building strategic expertise that has consistently delivered exceptional results for the organizations she has served.
