Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients by answering their questions, uncovering their skincare needs through insightful questions, and recommending the best products tailored to their individual concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner.  

- Engage with clients by asking probing questions to understand their skincare needs and concerns.  

- Provide personalized product recommendations based on client needs.  

- Educate clients on product benefits and proper usage.  

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and skincare trends.  

- Ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.  

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Passion for skincare and beauty products.  

- Ability to ask insightful questions and listen actively.  

- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
